Most times when we meet someone newly, we get the opportunity of having to represent ourselves fully. Still, we want to hide behind titles, accolades given to us by other persons.

Well, we’ll see about that. A name is more like a tag you wear about telling or rather advertising who you are in order to sell yourself first and maybe a product or service. It’s more like branding. Once a product is known for something or a particular quality or taste, it becomes authentic that seeing that product, you see a quality which is perceived as what it stands for. Sometimes a name makes a person and sometimes it is the other way around. You probably might not be sure of which camp you belong to now, but sooner or earlier, you’d get to know. I totally mean it with every fiber of happiness in me, the meaning of a name makes it more special than the name itself. It could be the thought and time put into it to make it more unique. There’s a knowledge of where you come from and there’s an assurance of where you’re on to. A name makes you want to celebrate your heritage. It is more like an impetus for owning it.

I’ve experienced several situations where I’m asked my name and it has led to great friendship and yielded positive outcomes. Just by a name, connections and great friendships are established. It could be the start of amazing and mind blowing outcomes. You never can tell especially when it’s somewhat difficult to pronounce or your name is just so divinely beautiful.
